- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆October 19, 2019, by April GeorgeUPDATE: after speaking with the owner, a different crew was sent to my home and they actually found where the problem was and we went from there. They treated that day and came back in a few weeks to retreat. Somewhat more satisfied now but still aggravated with how long it took to finally get a crew to take the time and effort to find the problem. ORIGINAL: With my particular situation they know nothing about what we are dealing with. They claim to take care of the problem but if they cant see a problem they wont treat. They clear are unprofessional and are out to make $$$$ at others expense. I wouldn't refer them to anyone. Id stick with Large Companies such as Terminex! If something changes in the meantime i will definitely update this review.
