  i bought furniture from this place in canton ohio way before Christmas and it took way too long to have it delivered too me and when it did finally come it was delivered from St. Clairsville because they it was closer than Canton too me, the delivery guys never showed me anything about the furniture and how it worked or anything. then not even 5 min. out of the driveway my husband and i started to play with the gadgets and try to figure it all out on our own. the coffe table was brok and didnt come out in the middle like it was suppose too, so i called and the sent someone out to look at it after i threatened with the BBB being called on them. brand new furniture and i couldnt use some of it. almost a month later someone come out and looked at it and said yes i will order a pce. and fix this for you. i said just bring me a new one that works, he said i cannot do that mam its against our policy, i have to fix it for you. What??? wow!! well here it is in Jan. 2018 and im still waiting for that pce. do be put in... very happy with the furniture i bought, but unsatisfied with all the service that i got. never will spend a dime again at Value City Furniture stores.. they are all the same way !!!.
